The hotel is a great choice if you plan on doing a lot of hiking due to its proximity to the National Park entrance, with comfortable rooms but lacking dining variety. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making up for any language challenges. The location is excellent for nature lovers, but dining options could be more appealing. Facilities are satisfactory, offering what you need for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located close to Seoraksan National Park, offering amazing views and professional service. While the dining options could be better in terms of variety, the warm and cozy rooms provided a comfortable stay despite the lack of a view. The prices for certain amenities are on the higher side, but the incredible location near various attractions makes up for it.

I appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere in the room, which was essential during the extremely cold weather. The staff was quick to provide a humidifier when we asked to combat the dry winter air.
Service

The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, despite some language barriers. They were accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.
Location

The hotel's proximity to Seoraksan National Park and the entrance to Mt Sorak made our stay convenient and memorable. The views were truly spectacular, enhancing our overall experience.
Dining
7.0
The food was well-prepared, but I wished for more variety, especially catering to Western tastes. The limited selection was a downside, and warm plates should have been used to keep the food hot.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were functional but could be improved, especially in terms of dining options. Despite this, the overall experience was positive.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite old style but had nice, soft beds with good space and cleanliness. However, they did not effectively filter/block noises from upstairs and outside the hallways. The Korean style futon bed was uncomfortably hard.

Rooms

The rooms were nice, had soft beds, good space, and were clean.
Service

The service was exceptional. They heard of our trouble sleeping on the floor and kindly gave us another room for a very comfortable night's rest. The staff was professional and accommodating.
Location
8.0
The location was perfect for exploring Seoraksan National Park. It's just a 2-minute walk to the park gates, which is great for hiking Seorak. However, consider bringing your own food as the options nearby are limited.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a mix. While the food quality was good with many options, the setup in the first floor foyer was odd and didn't match the overall experience. The restaurant, Queen's Restaurant, was passable but didn't feel worth the money.
